contractual bonus, i need explanation

Hi, sorry to bring up old thread.
May I know Malaysia labor law did mention or not employee will get prorated on contractual bonus if he resign before the payout? Mean he still receive the bonus ever he did not completed 1 year service. Thanks. |

Policy no mention. Ask HR, than they know I going to resign as our company only 20 headcounts
