contractual bonus, i need explanation

Contratual bonus mean they need to give u 1 month bonus regardless company or ur perfomance;
On top of that, you will also receive another bonus call perfomance bonus, this will rate base on ur personal or company performance which depend ur position level. Norm lower lvl position will refer to ur own personal kpi only; where as high lvl position will refer to ur personal kpi and company perfomance. |
