*

Jac, I'd suggest you go for the white. White with red interior, looks pretty goood on the NSX imo.
*
QUOTE(geeamino @ Jan 13 2014, 06:36 PM)
for me, type r should be white la. Lol. More iconic.
*
Yes, white is THE Type-R colour. smile.gif

sp6068: After u read the below list down problem, u judge urself worth or not worth...hahaha...

1. All interior part made by plastic and rubber. Many part need cement glue to stick together. Some more the part after joint still got huge gap.

2. Both seat made by rubber, cant fit nicely with the plastic seat flame. The side rubber is swelling, unless use super glue to glue it. Normal cement glue cant work on it.,

3. Plastic dashboard, black color plastic but not fully black, can see many white color liner cross over the part. Need repaint.

4. Main body made by diecast but side skirt and airvent made by plastic, the color not match between the plastic part and diecast.

5. Lot of step inside the installation manual was wrong or not indicated.

6. Part missing.

7. All 4 wheel height is too high. Big gap between the wheel and car body.

8. Drive shaft coming out from engine is not connected to the wheel, but when finish assembly, when u turn the wheel, the drive shaft will hit the wheel to turn. U can hear some sound like "tak tak tak" when u turn the wheel.

9. Side skirt srcew hole is not match with body screw hole. Cant screw it together and tis had cause a big gap between the side skirt and body. More obvious at the back part.

10. Front bonnet and engine cover cant open evenly unless u use both hand holding both side and open slowly n carefully. Otherwise the cover will stuck n bend.

11. Each wheel just use 1 center screw to lock it. If u screw it too tight, the wheel cannot spin, if too loose, the whole wheel will shake.

The only good you can get from this model is bragging rights. I mean, who else makes 1:8 Aventador?

Normally what they put in the front bonnet instead of engine?
*
Ferrari 458 always have rear engine, no?

On road car, the front is the luggage space. On the racing car, they put in the stuff like radiators and stuff in front to improve weight distribution.

aquilaTE: Can't see any shadow of Old AE 86 from the new GT86. The sport rim of GT86 really look awesome!

sp6068: HWE will make the LaFerrari? Elite version?
*
QUOTE(aquilaTE @ Feb 20 2014, 11:51 AM)
Not really a true shadow but few aspects or traditions still follow AE86. How about WRX + AE86 = GT86 wink.gif
*
The new 86 follows in the old AE86's tradition of cheap affordable sports coupe and basic equipment for maximum driving pleasure. The design is not related, since the new car use the 2000GT as inspiration. laugh.gif
