service account is different than SE account...
SE account (the one you log into Mog Station) is a base account (global(?))
the service account is the account that manage service under your SE account (in this case FFXIV account)

thats why u see the account status, beside it has tab like and has said service title active..

the service thinggy can get quite confusing.. too many service text used lol

And that's the problem you have to click on Account Service to register, even though the moment you login you will see your account there (for me it's the early access account) on the page itself. A code registration button right below or in the early access account information area would have save players a lot of problem of accidentally creating new service account.

The amount of players that have accidentally created a new service account because of this shows how badly design it is.

Yeap I saw that, Add Platform, a stupid word to use for entering code, my first thought will be it's a button for adding another platform.

Several of my friends were getting wrong region problem on PS3 and they were just too fed up and stopped playing . Wait they haven't even gotten chance to play the game.

Regardless of how good the game is , there is almost no customer support .

Live chat supports with 81 hours waiting time ( no joking ) , their phone lines aren't toll free and often got disconnected after hours of waiting , they never reply your email personally regardless of whatever issue you are having . And if they do reply , it is just useless auto generated mail bot replies.

Your best bet ? Post on their technical forum and pray ( hard ) just so one of their service guy notice you and send you a pm , everything else are futile

Well now I have two service account, 1 for early access and 1 for ce, if they are not going to fix this or takes forever I'll just think of the money as a lost and won't play the game anymore.

There is a pretty long thread going on in their technical support forum at the moment.

CE code should be xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, the one you entered looks like the early access redemption code from retailer

Opps sorry CE is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, it's a 20 digit code, for mine at least.

I think this week we probably won't be able to play much, with the world being full, etc, can only hope after they increase the server next week it'll be better

Login in at around 11pm or after seems to work fine for me, sometimes I just try login in while playing Tera lol

I still have a lot of quests at Ul'dah area that I haven't do that I can use for my 3rd class, still got quite a lot at Limsa as well since I only did enough quest to get my MRD to 15.

Doesn't matter which platform you play in, you still need to use Mog Station to register the time card or use whatever other payment method they have to top up

Drag doesn't work I tried lol, make sure your hotbar is not lock, then right click to remove.

It took me 30+ levels of my lancer to properly configure how my cross hotbar works, which to share, which to hide in battle, etc haha. Had to kept changing skills slot due to new skill learn and also when I change the combo I use.

Well they are expanding server and fixing all the logins and server full problem, hence the long maintenance hour.

Running around the game I do see people fishing though haha, hmm maybe I should give it a try, but all my other DoH and DoL still low level. Focus on DoW only haha.

The emergency removal password is shown when you login to your SQEX account again after you registered for the software token.

And also that link for you to login to your account and see the emergency password removal is sent to your registered email as well.
Try to follow instruction and read the email properly when you register for this kind of things.

There is Emergency Removal Password but it's not sent to your email, you are suppose to note it down when you login to your account after you register for the token, that's the only way to see it.
If you didn't note it down, well you can only contact support, probably can check official forum and see if anyone know what's the no. to call for support.
