hi, anyone try to use SQEX token on hand phone now? every time I click in it direct show one time password, just now I tried it log me out to the enter registration information page,
I don't have the registration password, tried log in but I don't have Emergency Removal Password to remove token. anyone else have the same problem like me?

already check 4 times, no Emergency Removal Password, yesterday still working ok, after this maintenance I got log out from SQEX Token.........
this week I apply whole week annual leave just to play tis game, anyone know what the contact number for customer support, I just sent ticket but i'm not sure when will they reply me.

yup, my bad for didt read the whole email, but now I cannot get inside the https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/...in?cont=account because it need my one time password.......

thx a lot for your help, im searched the old post found this number 00 44 870 600 0182, call after 6pm, I think is for eu account. after called my problem solved. he just cancel my one time password token then I just register a new want.
