And that's the problem you have to click on Account Service to register, even though the moment you login you will see your account there (for me it's the early access account) on the page itself. A code registration button right below or in the early access account information area would have save players a lot of problem of accidentally creating new service account.
The amount of players that have accidentally created a new service account because of this shows how badly design it is.
They essentially have the worst customer service for a F2P game ( among the hundreds of mmo I have played in the past years)
I just don't think SE is ready for support of a game of this mass .
Several of my friends were getting wrong region problem on PS3 and they were just too fed up and stopped playing . Wait they haven't even gotten chance to play the game.
Stop trying it would be.
Regardless of how good the game is , there is almost no customer support .
Live chat supports with 81 hours waiting time ( no joking ) , their phone lines aren't toll free and often got disconnected after hours of waiting , they never reply your email personally regardless of whatever issue you are having . And if they do reply , it is just useless auto generated mail bot replies.
Your best bet ? Post on their technical forum and pray ( hard ) just so one of their service guy notice you and send you a pm , everything else are futile
