Don't bother to send them ticket .

They rarely reply tickets .

And if they do they merely generate auto-reply with mailbots which won't help your case.
I have never ever gotten even one issue solved with them via mail .

They essentially have the worst customer service for a F2P game ( among the hundreds of mmo I have played in the past years)


I just don't think SE is ready for support of a game of this mass .
Several of my friends were getting wrong region problem on PS3 and they were just too fed up and stopped playing . Wait they haven't even gotten chance to play the game.
Stop trying it would be.

Regardless of how good the game is , there is almost no customer support .

Live chat supports with 81 hours waiting time ( no joking ) , their phone lines aren't toll free and often got disconnected after hours of waiting , they never reply your email personally regardless of whatever issue you are having . And if they do reply , it is just useless auto generated mail bot replies.

Your best bet ? Post on their technical forum and pray ( hard ) just so one of their service guy notice you and send you a pm , everything else are futile

I feel you , well either you have to replay your new char on your CE account , they are very likely not going to solve your issue before the early access day ran out .

I was personally very lucky not to have encountered the issue .

I got 2 friends added wrong account thanks to the crappy UI layout , the rest have not even seen the days in the game due to having wrong region activation codes .
Retailers refuse to refund and push the blame to SE. SE did the same so they are playing the ball game .
