Im sorry NA server arent recommended for asia. Oceania and SEA players mostly ate on JP servers.

Tiamat, tonberry and masamune are the buggest oceania/sea players reside. So sorry cant help much. Are you using vpn? If not it may be require to safely play the game. If u dont wanna pay vpn, go jp servers

Idk, i use L1 + O for enemies only, and it works pretty well.

Im on PC, best to off the current Target Filter, and enable Target Customization instead.
