In gw2 not everything runs on server. Some on client as dictated by Anet. So less load on server equals to more players able to o9. Eg players location runs on client 1st then later uploaded to server. (teleport/speed hack r a common)
Thats y the game is a b2play only and no need to sub.
Lower cost to maintain the servers. A business model by NCsoft.
Another one is sub2play. The upcoming Wildstar.
So NCsoft have access to all data, where the mmorpg crowd prefers to.

People spent what they want to... Even if its xpensive or not.
People believe what they want to... Eventho its the truth or not.

So its all up to the person what to choose to fullblame SE or not.
From a view as a consumers rights to complain to rage. Or as a multiperspective person to judge on something.

install latest .Net framework. I did this.
Somehow stability does increase.
Not forgeting tweak the ingame graphics setting if possible.
I turned off hdr.
B4 this i'm having sudden fps drop after a certain hours of ff14 gaming time. gpu was running full throttle 100%.
Now 80%

FF14 doesnt optimised very well for pc play.
At least we on the end user side can do something to improve.
And share it to others. Every problem have diff solutions.

FF14 visual/graphics are made based on the inhouse crystal engine. The engine produces good lighting effects but less on polygons.
Current Gpus in the market are designed to maxed polygons algorythim than to lightings. Thus favouring the Unreal engine.

So Squenix cannot be blindly be blamed coz they just go for a different approach.
Cystal engine projects a female looking male tho.

Thats the version i installed.
Gpu work hard for the hdr. But the visual benefits not so prevalent.

Ninja bot behaviour detector/reporter.
Maybe yes. Maybe nope.

Try turning off HDR.
It helps increasing stability.
