sigh.. getting more and more depressing and tiring.

first off, trying to get the launcher loaded without hitting lobby connection error.
then, once in, either world list will not load.

finally, world is full.

so tiring even before starting to play.

i wonder where's the 30 day +client refund queue...

wired or wireless should be fine. just plug and play. I use logitech

had a problem with bluetooth keyboard tho... but maybe is cos its a crappy bluetooth keyboard

chars are not synching between game and lodestone too.

are you guys able to see your JP chars in lodestone? i only see my EU one..

AFAIK, this is one of those few MMO's that are cross platform. For that im grateful as PS3 don't really have good MMO.

so the complexity of scaling/server/issues is doubled -for the PC crowd as well as for the PS3 crowd.

add to the mix, peak hours, across the world and you can see the problems increase rapidly.

How to help with the scaling? it can start with us as consumers - i.e. do not AFK. If you're not playing, log out. Create chars in your region. If ur in EU/NA why congest JP server etc (vice versa)?

small things we as consumers can do - but i bet most if not all are willing to do that. Cos we feel it is in our rights.

Let's just be thankful there is such a game as ARR- Square could've considered ditching the whole project based on FFXIV failure.

And let's have a moment to appreciate the back end tech boys/gals who are working tirelessly round the clock trying to fix the situation.
