Yeah I made the mistake too. And their support is really slow. They said it'll take two weeks at least, and they won't refund the game time that passed during the process.

Sadly, it's better than leveling a new character. Simultaneously leveling all crafting and gathering class along with combat classes, I'm willing to waste two weeks than spend two days doing it all over again. It was a horrible experience Q_Q

there's no reason not to roll greed as the need's roll takes precedence over greed. only exception is DRG heavy armor.

If you bought from GMG or ur acc under europe, call the UK customer support at 00 44 870 600 0182, call after 6pm (if ur calling from MY). If you call NA they will just redirect you back to EU customer service from what the call support agent told me. If any future issues also call this number instead if acc under EU.
