Edit: D'oh completely misread the title. Yes it does increase chance because it uses radiation. Not sure by what %, but if you hold the phone a few cm away from your ear it reduces the concentration by 50% or somthing. No one is really sure, cause no one has seen the long term effects yet. If just 5 min call once a day is fine, but talk talk for hours on end, your probably got a problem later.... Got my info from my physics professer, so maybe true
