21.Procedure when receiving parcel
Warning:DO NOT SIGN on damage parcel which have or You think been open BEFORE i. Write down the condition of the parcel
ii. Ask the courier staff to sign on the slip indicate the parcel have damage mark with HIS/HER name + IC or other relevant information
Warning: DO NOT OPEN the parcel before you follow the procedure i. Take picture of the parcel (Bag/Box) in 3 different angel or more.
ii. Take a picture of the shipping bill/slip.
iii. Weight the parcel using weighing scale and take a picture of whole parcel + the total weight display by the weighing scale.
23.Please FOLLOW Procedure BEFORE OPEN UP parcel, else item go missing can't track & not our responsible.
24. After parcel had been open and only follow the procedure will not be entertain.
25. For parcel value above RMB 600, Please buy insurance which 2~3% of total goods cost. If not insure, maximum compensation is RMB 600 ONLY.
26. To speed up the process SOMETIME we will send out the parcel even there are OUTSTANDING.
27. Fail to clear OUTSTANDING[MAX 2 day] after parcel had send out after few notification [sms/pm/email] and receive no response.
a) Parcel will be redirect to our address.
b) Extra postage fee will be charges to send your parcel to your address.
c) No appeal will be entertain.
