Obviously it's the seller's fault. Unless you pay extra to the warehouse to have each and every item check. I've bought a lot of items from china sellers before. One thing for sure they are not honest sellers... Well a lot of them are. They know you are not a buyer from china from the address they send the items to. What they do is they will give u the lesser quality goods or the ones they cannot sell out to you. Why? Because u cannot return the item. I'm quite used to it.. I mean getting less quality or very very bad quality items from china sellers and once you complain they will say its ur fault for not checking it and it's been over 1 week. A lot of lousy reasons. But why I still buy from china. Because it is damn cheap! LOL. It's not the agent's fault.
