Okay , continuing from the pm.
When they open up, only got 2 pair of shoe.
But they didn't tell you, even though the invoice got state 3 pairs?

And you didn't tell me? so that it won't go pass 10 automatic days so we can withheld the money?
And you also didn't bother to tell me that my shoes have bulky size and ask if I wanna repack or not?

And you didn't mention that the warehouse will auto-repack in your first page.
Didn't it will cancel out your 'Friendly Reminder' no.3?

3.Please think twice on repacking your parcel, there are chances item left out or loss during the process, saving little bit of weight is not worth the lose.

Its my mistake not to inform you that it will auto repack and warehouse mistake did't tell out only got 2 pack out of three reach.

Please take note, warehouse handle few thousand of parcel daily, sometime mistake do happen.

2. Thank you for admitting your mistake. I recommend you to put a note at your first page that the warehouse WILL AUTO REPACK if they deemed it bulky and will not ask beforehand.

3. Now why I'm upset is because you asked for the AWB which I couldn't give you because the warehouse 'makan' it already. How am I going to present other proof?

4. I know the warehouse handles a lot of stuff everyday. Just that I don't appreciate getting a 're-pack' when I didn't ask for it.

5. Now, can I ask if there are any complaint button to complaint the seller ? Or any management to complaint to so that their rating will drop ?
