bro, u got sender's detail?
i need it just in case. i will call them tmr to check again. if u track the no now at abx it will show the last update at 19-10 11.08am as shipment on hold, change address. i call them around 10am that day. so tmr will call them again to check whether it is being changed to my address or wht... duno who is making mistake here... how can simply change the recipient's address n name...
