Why don't you just try to provide this photo to that person in charge and try to ask? If you got try, we won't so angry about that. Already talk to warehouse staff and they said they pack inside sealed bag , They dont warp with tape on courier plastic bag
What happen to your case is HIGH chance custom open up your package or other party do so.
As I already mention in T.C
21.Do not sign on damage parcel which have/ you think been open before.As you OWN self also admit that the parcel is damage during receive.

Other buyer very cooperative which they read all the T.C and follow they step in receive the parcel, at less i can claim some for them.
