charging me 10kg is 3-4kg higher than the estimated weight.

I prefer just do the repacking and wait for another 1-2 days but it is stated free for repacking service as i have requested for free repacking service before the goods arrive at warehouse.

i told u 2 days after confirm order when the item had not reached the warehouse. and u said u did update the staff but your staff forgot. now u want me to pay 11kg full???? if you are still up for the 10kg charges then ok i will pay you.

if not then please repack everything for free then tell me how much to pay.
