It just a tag, and it not restrain the seller in his transaction. Some forumer with tag still freely roaming and selling his things in garage sales.

On mobile browser cannot see the tag, must change to desktop mode. But do tale extra precaution when dealing online via postage, ie check seller past record/thread/post.
