I found this great documentary-movie about myths and how people are fed with these misleading information to benefit a certain organization.

Guy ate nothing but just fast food for 28 days, he lost weight and fat percentage dropped. His cholesterol level also dropped a bit (though may still be the same value, has variants).

Though I would throw this out there. I do not agree on carb makes u fat part. So first part of the movie was nice and the second part went full retard. And also the calories in > calories out debunking...
