Heater switch question

Dear all,
I just replace my switch 20A to a new one. The water heater work fine. However, I found something not right here. The new switch LED keep ON. and my water heater "EARTH LED" also ON. This is my old switch type, inside the hole "gembang" already... 
This is my new switch 
Any advice or something wrong here? |
