Age 24, height is 183cm. But I don't have a big belly. Body fat is around 20%. Main source is from my core (8%). Perhaps i should start training my core

How long have you been bulking? If you are afraid of big belly, might as well dont do bulking at all. No one can run away from having a belly during bulking. But you can minimize the size of your belly by having a lower calories surplus. 150-250 calories surplus perhaps?

Simple answer is: No, the human body does not need starch carbs to function. Gluceogenesis will ensure the body maintains enough sugars but that doesn't mean your glycogen stores get replenished.

http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/nutrition...o-you-need.html

Summary: 30g carbs brain, 50g carbs liver glycogen, 70-200g carbs for muscle glycogen depending on sets/activity/body part.

Many up-to-date nutritionists recommend to drop sugar carbs completely if one doesn't exercise, weight train, do marathons, etc. This isn't really news though - doctors back in 1940-60s recommended the same thing for overweight or obese people. During 1980s everyone forgot about this and we all started getting fat.

If you can stay ketogenic and train there is 1 pro keto-bodybuilder you should google (forgot his name). He practices once-a-week carb load.

yea agree to that. carb cycling is crucial for you to maintain muscles as well. carbs plays an important role in muscle building too, you completely cut that out, you'll end up stick like lol load up the carbs in one day a week to restore your depleted glycogen
