Where can I find any topical triamicolone in Malaysia. According to Drugs.com one of the brandnames in Malaysia is Dermacort. Other brands are fine too as long as it's just triamicolone (ie. not a drug cocktail)

I don't think you can find triamcinolone acetonide cream by itself as
a cream around here.

There are one or two generics around, but usually mixed with an
antifungal such as econazole, as in Econazine.

It's a very old medium potency steroid similar to betamethasone valerate,
so you can use that instead, or better still, one of the second generation
ones like mometasone or fluticasone.

I've tried many types of topical steroids already and finally only triamicolone works. I don't have any adverse reaction to econazole, but preferably I am hoping to get just triamcinolone by itself. Too bad it's a prescription drug in the US or I would have just asked a friend to order it.

I used to have it IM as Kenacort 40 (40 mg / ml), depot form, for my eczema.

Releases in the body over a week, stays there for a month or so.

You can get it here, no prescription required. Seems they have the
original Aristocort, moreover cheap.

Ecocort is similar to Econazine.

Travocort is diflucortolone plue isoconazole.

Diflucortolone was the steroid in Nerisone, no longer in the market.

Many steroid types have disappeared from the shelves here over the past twenty years.

A good medium-high potency one was desoximetasone. I used lots of it in cream
and lotion form, as Topicorte.

Both of them are mixed with anti-fungals. I'm not allergic to them, but I don't want any drug resistant fungus to develop on me,

I found pure triamcinolone acetonide creme already. Just went to the local pharmacy. It's produced by Sunward under the name Trinolone. 15g tube with 0.1% w/w. Overseas price is ridiculous.
