Hey guys, i been looking into a lot of protein brands as my post workout supplement and it is indeed confusing with the number of choices there is in the market. So far i have tried GNC Amplified Recovery Protein XR and Myofusion Probiotic.Then, i happen to came across Optimum Gold Standard 100%Whey which is more expensive than Myofusion but seem to have better reviews by my friends and online. GNC products are great but it is very expensive although having a VIP membership there. So should I continue going for Myofusion or Optimun Gold which has greater absorption rate? Or is there any other brand that worth the value that u would recommend? Im 18 this year and i weight about 70KG and 178CM tall. I often go to the gym for 2-3days a week after college and only consumes about 2-3 scoops (72g) of protein right after workout. Thanks in advance for ur guide and recommendation!
