set up an appointment with the person-in-charge (definitely not the agent)
bring the original ASB Loan Agreement that was not even signed by you and show it to the Bank.

if the person-in-charge tak layan. you have a very strong case against the Bank.

btw, better check your CCRIS and CTOS report.
