The ugly truth lifting is a vanity endeavor (u though it's a sport?) . Most lifters r eyeing the next guy and trying to b the baddest guy in the gym.
Notice the mirrors and how most lifters r admiring themselves, even the skinnies r working out in compressions shirts.
Btw i consider myself a lifter oso although I don't have big guns
I always have been either skinny or fat with no muscle structure. I wanna change that and have the confidence to be shirtless on the beach. I've never thought of it as a sport, more towards science for me. Learning about nutrition needs and how muscles were built, all them science. Notice the mirrors and how most lifters r admiring themselves, even the skinnies r working out in compressions shirts.
Btw i consider myself a lifter oso although I don't have big guns
And one thing for sure, I'm definitely not trying to be the baddest guy in the gym (whatever the hell this means).
