No, f2.0 is bigger than f2.2.
It means how big is the opening. If aperture big, opening is big, more light come in, brighter picture, better quality because less noise.

Bigger sensor capture more light if megapixel remain the same. Means if 1" sensor, 10Megapixel capture 2x more light than 20Megapixel.
Increase by 15% means 15% bigger than iPhone 5S.
