Battery life is great? Seriously? You're making the worst false acquisition in the world you know? Battery life on iPhone is terrible. I have used an iPhone 5, my sis is using an iPhone 5 now, my dad is using his 3GS and my mum is using her 4S. Non of them have ever said, "Wow, my iPhone battery life is great". Very weird you said that. It was worst than my Note 2 and my Note 2 screen was a a huge high resolution screen compared to a small high resolution screen which drinks alot of battery for breakfast. I charged my iPhone which is supposed to be a  Ford GT untill 100% and after 10 mins it goes down to 98%. You call that great? My Note 2 which is a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport charged at 100%, after half an hour, still 100%. It's impossible to tell someone that a Twin Turbo Ford GT(Dual Core iPhone) drank more fuel(battery) than Quad Turbo Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport(Quad Core Note 2). Battery life on iPhone isn't "great". Also, Samsung Galaxy S2 is confirmed to receive it's last ever update of Android 5.0 - Key Lime Pie and the S2 is a 3 year old phone. I'm sorry if I offended you in anyway, but I just hate it when people make false acquisitions about Android. Sorry.

theoretically Z1 is meant to compete with flagships like S4 and HTC one.

Z ultra is the one to go against Note 3

Highly possible announcing at CES 2014 - Jan, and start selling around Feb. Pretty sure it already in preparation.

Not only Sony, pretty sure later Samsung will announcing S5 around end of Feb or earlier March to compete with it as well.
