Hi hyakushiki84,

Steamer = Normal Iron?

Do we have to place a cloth on the name set first?

If you're into MU, Man City, England and Barca, can try Zalora....got some pretty good deal sometimes...although size is limited.4

Just got my France Replica kit too =P

Surprisingly, the material isn't the same they used for the the premier league teams (ie. Arsenal Away 2013/2014). The material is not as "porous" as those, in fact, it's quite tightly knitted together. Maaaybe due to this, body heat will tend to built up but nonetheless, the material is still thin enough to feel cool running against the wind.

The material used this time also feels a little bit flexible as it can be stretch slightly, this should give you that "body hugging" apparel which really makes it feel like your second skin.

In the PI version, the cutting towards the waist is "concave" in nature whereas the replica ones has a rather normal shirt cutting.

The additional piece of cloth with white stripe and red stitches at the bottom of each side of the shirt is also absent in the replica version. I still struggle to understand the purpose of that extra piece of cloth. Visual enhancement, perhaps?

Though i must admit that Nike is a little bit lazy in designing the current France shirt but i guess credit has to be given to the texture of the material. They did make it looked like "denim" but the the rigidity of "denim" is absence. The color tone is also beautiful.

The thing that i dislike about the shirt is the seemingly large collar and also the "Cock". I do think that the shirt will look better with the current badge instead of opting for the retro "Cock" they used to have.

There are 2 buttons on the shirt. a white one which is located on the collar and the blue one along the placket but Nike only supplied an additional blue button but not a white one so one must be very careful with the white button but probably the white one is very common and can be found anywhere. If you see clearly the blue button, it's not just a plain blue button, it's iridescent in nature.

I still think the best France shirt Nike has ever designed for France is their Away 2012/2013.

I have not really measured the length of the current France Home shirt with the previous one but i have the Arsenal's Home 2012/2014 Home shirt and the length of the shirt is also rather "lengthy". Probably, this is the current market style?

The Away shirt that i am referring to is this white colored one. I am a sucker for white colored kits anyway =P

The baby blue away shirt (2013/2014) is also very cool looking (due to its interesting color) but the reason why it appealed to me less is probably because it sorta reminds me of a modified 2012/2013 away shirt. One of the main reason why i prefer the 2012/2013 away shirt is because of its sleeves, Nike actually incorporate the design from the last away shirt into the current one. It's like paying a tribute.

I used to hung them in my closet but i realized if they were hung for a long period of time (which is likely the case as i don't wear them very often) then the shoulder area of the jersey where it is rested against the hanger will get imprinted with the hanger's frame. I doubt it will cause any damage to the jersey but i dislike seeing it so now i fold all my jerseys and stack them up on each other.

It's rather hard to tell from the pictures alone, even if we see it personally taking into consideration the quality and accuracy that fakes can have nowadays. There is no 100% fool proof way to determine.

The only source in which you can utilize to confirm if the shirt is an original is by way of the shirt tag that comes with it. If it's original, the bar code number on the shirt tag should match the number found within the tag on the inside of the bottom right side of the shirt.

Please update cause I'm curious to know if it's an original cause most of Nike's PI issue had their seams heat bonded instead sewed.

How much you bought it for anyway and it seems worn out.
