Can anyone tell me this ?? while on the road, i saw some cars equip with 14' 15' rims, normally the 14'-15' rims were just "Normal". But somehow, i saw some cars, with normal wheels, and the wheels are<< FURTHER OUT FROM THE TIRE FENDER >>, this is because they equip with wider wheels ? or maybe because they extended out the joints of the both tires ? It looks cool thou. But i need to understand this... Pls Reply me
