Switch to redONE
For postpaid users who wants to switch to redONE:
1. Make sure you are not tied with contract on ur current telco. If you have sublines, all have to do MNP, group MNP.
2. Provide me a copy of bill (together with the page that shown credit limit so that I can waive the deposit). A copy of bill for each line.
3. A copy of IC (front and back) for mainline.
4. I will ask for your details to fill forms for you.
5. I will post the redONE simcard to your address by postlaju.
6. Once ur phone shows simcard inactive in 3 to 5 working days, put in the new redONE Simcard and you can continue using the line immediately.
