Things that come to my mind:
1. Leasehold 2. Nice food 3. Traffic jam due to very narrow road (2 lanes suddenly become 1 lane) 4. Pasar borong 5. Exit to LDP is crazily jam, hope once MEX has an exit here would help. |

Of course cannot compare with Tropicana & Bukit Damansara area. but the bangalow land price here is still affordable (for rich people) and big developer like Hap Seng, Sunway already in. More room to growth.
