Actually, I managed to order this for myself. Have to pull a really big favour from USA and my estimated cost landed in Malaysia will be around RM1.1k... unsure.gif
Hmmm... It is pretty much a 9398 with a different skin so I suspect those who bought it are attracted by the colour scheme and slightly updated design... hmm.gif

Dark blue parts are always rare in Lego...

I was never attracted to the 9398 crawler, hated the colour! lol! 41999 appealed to me and the clincher was the box, it is very cool! doh.gif

Yeah, those who doesn't have 9398 yet, 41999 is a good choice.
Those who do, need to think twice, unless got unlimited money cheat code laugh.gif

Wow! On hindsight it was the right move, look at the prices now! rclxms.gif I'm sure those forummers will thank you for that! :

How many sets you ordered? I reckon the population of 41999 in Malaysia will not exceed 50 sets unless you managed to bulk order this.

I'm not a box hugger but always appreciate pretty boxes. laugh.gif
Looks like the mini slipped under your radar and hit you at the most vulnerable spot, you are defenseless against this! Antidote cannot help you anymore... tongue.gif  laugh.gif

Not many la...Because it seems plenty of people saying the 9398 its just the same-ish.
I hate the 9398 as well. But just look at the box, the stripe & color ! tongue.gif

RM1.1k sounds right for the initial cost. Plus, the trouble that we go through to get that set... biggrin.gif

Agree, those who owned 9398 need to think twice but those who don't have it already 41999 is definitely the one to go for (putting aside the current price rclxub.gif )

If I get the 41999, its purely to keep and hug it. wont open it. Too heartache to open a limited edition set. with time, surely it will fly the pricing.... tongue.gif

If want to play, anytime i take 9398 x 2. or 9398 + another big technic... whistling.gif
