Hey to all L920 users, help me out a little, take out your L920 and point it on a white ceiling with not much light(medium lighting) and see whether there is a pink hue in your pictures taken or not, it's even possible to see it via your viewfinder.
Noticed it after Amber update, it sucks at taking low light pictures now, with all pinky pictures produced.
Here are some shots that I took, not sure whether its a hardware issue or software issue
I issued this since N86. up until now, even for 808, this problem still occurs.
only solution is take from another angle. don't shot solely at plain white thingy.
Never say anything about hating Msft...just pity that there will be no more Nokia innovation with Nokia spirit.
I'm a bit skeptical though about Nokia under the supervision of msft...for example the x-box fiasco, windows vista, windows 8??? Development or rather update of wp8?
I wonder what will be the corporate stucture within Nokia. Will msft have any influence in determine the design of upcoming smartphone (we know the best for you concept)...
Or, will msft let Nokia run the show?
I fear that as well. but what could we do? I'm happy with my L920, that spirit should continue.
Dafuq? No wonder Koreans all stick to Samseng. Nokia's supersensitive touch is supposed to enable u to use it with gloves, i.e. cold weather. In fact i think the phone will stick work at -10 or -15C without any problems
after using my 920 for my backup phone, I find it very good W8 as an OS.. (my 1st windows based phone is Compaq Aero Monochrom, Ipaq 2xxx and last is Dopod with Win 6.1)
Is may not be as open as Android, but surely its way much better compare to IOS..
I like the seamless and almost lag free operations between screen and apps, good integration with MS enviroment (my office is a MS heavy users from Lync until sharepoint) .. experiences that I find lacking even in flagship android phone (used Note 3 before swaps to Z1)..
Now have a temptation to change my Xperia Z1 to Lumia 1020 hmmm........
I now use HTC One, snappier hardware but still laggy. Windows Phone with Nokia is the best for me.
My L920 is lagless. Only it doesnt have proper notification center and true multitasking OS.
Notification center is rumored to be included in WP 8.1 update. As for true multitasking there also sources saying it will come to windows phones, just that probably (from my guesses) those with 512MB RAM wont get it. And it would be best if they limit us users to multitask up to only 5 apps, for those with 1GB of RAM to ensure smooth performance.
yep. I am certainly do not keen with too many application open at once. 5-8 apps should be enough
