I don't think the double tap thing works all the time. I tried it out on an L925 and still had to press the power button to get the damn thing unlocked/awake. Or am I doing it wrong?

It showed the digital clock (the numbers showing the time) and I more than double tapped and still nada. Still wrong method? I was holding the phone at the time.

Question to all WP8 users. How are the Maybank and CIMB apps? Good enough for daily use/transfer or got issues?

The instructions are fairly simple. Just reboot it by holding down the volume and power button and then do the second set of instructions if it's still spinning. Never try never know right? The spinning gear thing is a common problem when doing a factory reset.

Yeah I would prefer a quad core L1020 but it's too late for that. The only limitation of the L1020 that I can see is that it lags when taking pics due to the underpowered dual core. It's probably the only phone on the market that actually needs a quadcore to function smoothly instead of just spec-whoring.

I bought it specifically for class and Office. So I definitely needed a keyboard, especially when it's so cheap compared to the RRP. UGPM

Personally I think they should merge the 9XX and 8XX lines. There's no space in between the 9 series and the 7s for another line of phones. They'd cannibalize each other's sales (and that of the previous flagship generation). It's a 3 way fight for the same customers. The 8XX was a mistake in my opinion (or the 720 should have been the 820 and so forth).

Does WP have a Steam app yet? I haven't been keeping myself up-to-date with recent developments in WP's ecosystem.

Does anyone else have like an Android or iOS phone? Can their versions of the app trade with people or is just for buying/chat? I can't seem to be able to get a definite answer from their app pages (or maybe it just isn't possible) and this one feature (or lack of) is going to influence my purchase.
