does anybody notice that after the amber update, the charging process improving?

in my case, previously when the battery fully discharged, we need to wait 20-30mins for the phone to restart while charging. now no more. now the phone ON immediately upon charging.

is it just me or...?

WP 8.1 is Microsoft next major update for the WP8 OS, just like Windows 8 upgrade to Windows 8.1

WP 8.1 will only be reviewed by Microsoft at April, currently Microsoft release SDK for app developer to preview the new features in WP 8.1

According to the information released in the SDK, Microsoft plan all existing WP8 phone able to upgrade to WP 8.1

for me, i want to off the vibration simply because i want to preserve the vibration motor. let it only be use during phone calls/message or alarm.
