Just got myself a Lumia 1020 today. Upgraded from 920.
Definitely satisfied with the camera plus the other best thing about this new one is that it's lighter.

Bought it online overseas before I even bought the phone.
Yes should be black grip with free gorilla tripod.

Completely different compared to 920.
The phone doesn't even generate that much heat when charging nor in extended use.
It's like pretty normal now compared to 920 which produce a lot of heat when charging and using it extendedly.
Battery life is a lot better as well as it is on Ambers, I could say that both on 920 and 1020 are quite good in Amber's.
Though people are saying that 1020 has a better battery life compared to 920 which is not really correct in terms of the number of mAH it has which is the same on both. I'm only on my first day so I can't really tell that much when it comes to battery life.

I love Glance but i'm just putting it on Peek mode.
The upgrade to 1020 on Amoled will consume a lot of battery me thinks.
