Got myself an XtremeGuardz Full body screen protector. Based on the back instructions it is wet application. But I have not dared to try installing yet.

Anyone has this on? easy to apply? Did you leave your phone off for 24 hours?

got the XtremeGuardz screen protector only not the full body cause i think that kinda ruin the feel of the phone.... applied a similar full body on my 5800xm and i hate it.... for screen protector its kinda easy to apply. just need some time to get use to... just follow the instruction or find video on youtube for quick tutorial... i remember i turn it off for 6-7hours cause i applied it before bedtime...

my L920 is the yellow so basically a glossy feel anyways. hehe. I've been searching on youutube for video's but none of it is for the lumia 920.

while applying the full body, on the curved area's, did you wait for it to dry?

There will be a new launch of hardware from Nokia around November where new hardwares will be bundled with Bittersweet Shimmer+GDR3, however, existing Lumias will get their love later this year(should be around December or late November.)

Do consider about WP8.1 instead. That, is the new hardware that you're looking for. laugh.gif

all sudden my 920 screen rotate not working be it on browser, games or camera...suspect it to be a hardware failure since soft reset not bringing any good...
anyone face such same problem before with solution before i ended up sending it to the Nokia service centre?

I think it will consume more power, because Heisenberg will be needing it to power his Meth lab smile.gif

It will consume more power on AMOLED screens, but on LCD like 920, not much difference. Because, whenever the clock shows itself the whole LCD screen lights up - just very low brightness, unlike AMOLED where only the pixels needed are lighted up while the rest remain black. Since the whole LCD lights up, adding an image on it wont change much in battery consumption - maybe you get 30mins less battery life only at most, as long you use Peek mode.

I love Glance but i'm just putting it on Peek mode.
The upgrade to 1020 on Amoled will consume a lot of battery me thinks.
