So I finally went to the Nokia Care center at Prangin Mall today. Went all the way to the 4th floor. Found the place, said a little prayer and walked in.

The place was practically empty, only one counter out of 3 was manned and there was one customer before me. Seeing as how it was around lunch i guess that's a given.

So i proceeded to take a number, and surprisingly the machine did not work. At this point warning bells started goin off in my head. I started asking myself just how important talking via loudspeaker is to me. Regardless i steeled my self to go ahead. I want to fully enjoy my L920 as its meant to be.

When my turn arrived, i explained to them the problem. They did not seem surprised and said i need to change one of the mics. Here's an excerpt from my conversation:

Me: So does this happen often?
Lady Behind Counter: Yeah, got few cases
Me: Is it serious case?
LBC: Not really, its the mic problem
Me: How long will it take?
LBC: 1-2 weeks. If after 2 weeks we have not heard from us call the number on the receipt.
Me: Wah so long ah? You all dun have the parts here is it?
LBC: Yeah need to order.

So here's to hoping my L920 returns without any further problems.

Oh well, its ok as long as they give it back to me in tip top condition....as how it was supposed to be out of the box...

Seven mobile better via personal experience. Also Seven layan all kinds of question without sounding exasperated. Only minor thing was wished they alerted me the wireless charger available not same color as my phone before i made payment. Still its a minor thing and it would prob not dissuade me from making a purchase.

I also similar issue, but i discover mine after 7 days by accident. My problem was mic not functioning only wen on loudspeaker. Other times like normal call, voice commands all work perfectly...

I b**** to Nokia also no one to one. Have to go service center...some more Penang one u go in, dun really inspire u with confidence lol....

Standard response they give is 1-2 weeks. Mine went to the SC on the 3rd and still under repair.

Whatever you do dun buy from Queensbay the sales person dunno what they talking bout. Also last time i check with wireless charger is RM 1200 something.

Buy online from Seven mobile or Satu gadget cheaper i feel

Guys i finally got my L920 from the service center. Whoop de doo!

But im having prob with the wifi. It shows its connected in red color but after a few mins i cant download stuff from the store. Keep getting the "Attention required.Tap here" error. Even a bunch of retries duin work.

Only thing that does work is disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi

Dun seem to have that option in Storage and press-hold on the video file itself also dun bring up anything about size.
