True...but like all city/town/tower building game, eventually once the requirement gets too high, you will be sick of it

anyone taking long times to get a lock on for their gps on here drive? Especially on here drive, kinda useless now

btw that, i using waze leh..

on this app, takes at least a few minutes to lock on, but some other apps, like here maps, gmaps, takes just a few seconds!
btw, can use waze in windows phone?

within 10 seconds or less...if got A-GPS more faster,within few seconds

hmm my here drive seems to be working fine when my car is moving, when my car is stationary, takes longer time or at times will not get a lock on at all but here maps and some other apps are able to get a lock on

i got no problem. always less than 10 seconds.

Sometimes, it still says looking for GPS even after minutes. So, I just quit the app and relaunch until it works. However, sometimes, it works within 10 seconds.

Not sure why is that so though ><

For me it takes only average 5 secs to lock on. In penang area (including mainland).

So far, the GPS lock is very fast.

Btw, I managed to, *ahem* scratch the screen of my 920. It slipped off a drawer and onto a bed of stones. The screen protector was torn.

Naked 920 here, came out from the car, the phone slips out of my pocket and landed on the road. Suffered heavy dent on the top left with sim card tray and some sharp rock managed to cut a tiny hole on the naked screen.

Phone still works great. Perhaps get a new color housing when the warranty finish.

About the GPS, I have a VKOOL tint on my car hence it won't lock on GPS unless I wind down the window together with a clear sky, the GPS locks instantly.

btw, anyone here got screen 'hiccups' before? Like 3/4 screen won't display (black) properly after unlock?

but once u grabbed the signal ..u can run it smoothly

so last time when i travel ..i wind down my car windows

then wait until my nokia drive grabbed signal ..then baru wind up my windows

Same! A tiny hole on my screen.
the first day i got the phone, it was plugged in almost the entire time. Then, the screen was basically flickering, the entire screen and there seemed to be double images of things that were onscreen. Turned on and off a couple of times and unplugged the charger, the issue stopped. For good i hope.
