I just start work after i completed my studied for few months. When my company (company A, s/w house) hire me, they said that i can learn a lot of thing. But from the 1st day i in the company, they already outsource me to another company (company B, NOT s/w or IT related company). The first and second month in company B, I'm doing on web application. In the third month, I been call back by company A to take over a senior works who is going to leave. During that time, I though I'll be located in company A. But after the senior leaved, company A hire another fresh grad, and asking me to teach everything that the senior hand overed to me. Besides, I also hear that company B is calling me back and work as system support for the s/w that they selling. my company (company A) is offer me a confirmation letter now, I donno want to stay or leave.. I'm not plan to be a system support! I been told them, they were promised, but no actions is taken.. FYI, the boss of campany A and B are brothers. I was communicate with company A's manager, comapny B's boss...

before u really contemplate on leaving, at least let ur superior know what you feel. if they don't respond, i guess the best option is to leave (since u're not doing what you want to do)..

Technical/developer etc? just take a time to reach 1 year employment which make u look good in ur resume and after that Saturday Sun and Jobstreet will be suitable places for u to go i plan to be a java developer, since it's high demand in the market.. if i spend a year here to make my resume looks nicer, it seems like wasting a year of my time also.. i think i shld say that they are planning me to be a software support for a software package and a back up person for one of their company product..

speak to ur superior first maybe they'll change ur position after knowing what is it that u want to do (since they will be reluctant to get a new guy and retrain again)
if they are not responsive, then just go ahead and leave the bas***ds!
