I think because 1. subdomain, 2. server error when trying to read the blog. If google bot can't crawl into your site, then it would probably send a flag back saying this is broken website etc.

adsense has many type of ads based on advertiser's request..yes both Pageviews and Clicks are available..
adsense algorthym will determine which ads to be displayed, so different visitors will see different ads of different type of different targetting type

but thats not all..you can also monetize through Youtube, Apps, Custom Search Engine (CSE)

there are many ways to generate $$$ using adsense.. i've seen ppl generating 1000usd per month, as well as 1000usd per day

can..but it will be very low..like 1sen per day, depending on pageviews and CPM set by advertiser..
its very subjective..coz there's many factors to be considered..do bare in mind not all advertisers wants pay-per-impression..
most would want per-click or per-engagement..there's many types of ad bid types and ad targetting types..
