adsense has many type of ads based on advertiser's request..yes both Pageviews and Clicks are available..
adsense algorthym will determine which ads to be displayed, so different visitors will see different ads of different type of different targetting type

but thats not all..you can also monetize through Youtube, Apps, Custom Search Engine (CSE)

there are many ways to generate $$$ using adsense.. i've seen ppl generating 1000usd per month, as well as 1000usd per day

just fyi, u can use Wire Transfer (TT) or Western Union as well.
I prefer the former, normally PIP around 21-22nd.. PI on 23rd and cleared by 24-25th in Maybank account.

Wire trf only costs the sender ie Google.
Google doesnt charge anything to publisher.
Some banks may charge for receiving funds in USD, but depends. In my case, Maybank doesnt charge. CIMB also doesnt charge (for my 2nd account)

ok.just make sure u key in the right info ie account no & swift code.
before you submit, pls screenshot what u key in first coz once u submit, there's no way of checking the info again.
just for reference, in case u didnt receive payment, can know what's wrong. most of the times, its coz wrong swift code.

can..but it will be very low..like 1sen per day, depending on pageviews and CPM set by advertiser..
its very subjective..coz there's many factors to be considered..do bare in mind not all advertisers wants pay-per-impression..
most would want per-click or per-engagement..there's many types of ad bid types and ad targetting types..

play around..try different positions and layout..and see which works for your site..
you may place up to 3 banners + 2 link ads + 2 search box on a page, so maybe u wanna maximize on that..
use best conversion ad sizes..different ad sizes works on different sites, so experiment

u may also wanna place a banner within your content..another on top and another on side..
