is it still possible to buy the pre order and get the early access?

buy ps3 version to get EA then buy pc version to play. make sure you use same square enix id for ps3 and pc. i think this will work

if not wrong, ps3 version is playable in PC. PC version cant play on ps3.

currently no info for this yet but rumored might be thm 15 and if there is 3rd class requirement as well it might be cnj

depends on how the current system works...since there are some changes on bard requirement i guess. Alot lvl 50 bard says that bard is not pulling skill from CNJ anymore instead is pulling from PUG and lancer class. This also lead to speculation of the job requirement change for bard as well as might require 3rd class...not sure abt others but all is still speculation...lets just wait for the game launch or EA to have better clarification

It is safe to assume not all 700k people will be logging in the moment EA start. At most it will be 50%, due to timezone and geographic differences.

Will US PSN copy work with EU square enix account?

You just said it yourself, some are hardcore, not all. Some people preorder it, and EA is a bonus/perks for the preorder.
So again, it is safe to assume not all 700k subscriber with EA will login at the same time, due to timezone differences and geographic locations.

Anyway, think what you like. I am not here to force my thinking onto you that's for sure. 
If you prefer to surmise at opening the server will be loaded with all 700k preorder customer and all legacy player, by all means go ahead. Who am i to say otherwise?
