What kind of problem? Please share.

From my experience, you can try this:

Method 1: Make use of target filter.
e.g.,
1. LB(L1) + Y(△) is set for monsters-only selection. (There is party-members selection mode too.)
2. Press LB(L1) + Y(△) to trigger that monsters-only selection.
3. Use D-pad to select monsters.

Method 2:
1. Hold/Toggle LT(L2) or RT(R2). It activates Cross Bar.
2. Press LB(L1) or RB(R1) for clockwise or anticlockwise monsters-only selection.

Just start testing with gamepad yesterday night. Still learning Correct me if I am wrong.

I believe SE is being "DDoS"-ed by its players. Receiving codes through emails get delayed. (Simply guess )

NA and EU accounts are region locked in terms of subscription fee
But, NA and EU accounts are not region locked in terms of servers.

Playing on WinXP should be fine. If the game is "bugged" on WinXP, SE cannot do anything, since Microsoft is no longer updating WinXP (super stable), I guess.

Every characters you created and will-be-created will receive the items, i believe.

The servers are not running since the end of open beta. Doubt there is much resting exp bonus.

You can only join 1 FC but many LS.

FC has FC actions/skills, FC chests, FC housing, FC crest, ... etc?

LS serves as "chatting" organization with no access to what FC can own.
