For jobs, as long as your first and second class meets the requirement of that jobs.

yes you still can learn higher lvl thm skills.

achivement which can give you exp and item.

and doing hunting log also give you alot of exp

BLM is like an extension of thm.

You lvl your thm to 50, blm also will be 50

for experience you will get it automatically when you complete the logs.

For achivement item need to exchange with certain npc.

achivement will also gives you title like "Archmage" etc

go to your personal log and then click achivements to read more

note: the item mostly lvl50s...

Im in an instance.. cant receive tell

job and class are two different thing.

For changing class, lvl your starting class to lvl 10 and do the lvl 10 class quest to unlock gear set armoury.

Then simply go to any class guild (crafting and gathering included) and talk to the npc inside the guild to unlock that class.

Once unlock, you can simply change your weapon to change to any class that you have unlocked.

after finish sastasha, go back to limsa Drowning Wench and speak to Balderon twice. then He will send you to gridania for next dungeon quest

got, go buy/create a materia and attach it to your gear.

auction house is called market board, at town market area. For you to sell some stuff there, need to do main quest and unlock a retainer.
