How bout your iE? because Launcher is actually using internet Explorer. so is normal for it to be needed an update.

Can speculate only that SCH is ACN + CNJ, SMN is ACN + THM.

then BLM is THM + ACN, and maybe WHM is CNJ + THM... xD

Maybe the 20 digit code is your game key, while your 18 digit code is your pre-order kut...

Do you have any window utilities like Glarry Utilities, that can fix registry? did you try my method of updating your internet Explorer too?
