Hello everyone! I'm new here and I wanna ask anyone about this topic because I got semi-permanent hair dyes from US but here's the thing; a good lightened hair must be achieved and as I'm a student, some prices for bleach can e a bit too high for me and most probably I need two times bleach because I used to have red hair and removing the pigments could take more than one go so I'm asking everyone which salon do you recommend that is good and yet, not so expensive? At least I want to reach number 8: LIGHT BLONDE (bottom)



I have thought on going to Top Passion salon that has lightening for RM90 per round for my hair length but if possible I want to find maybe better alternatives? I know that I'm paying for quality but some bleaching rounds are almost more than RM180 so hopefully with suggestions from everyone, it could help other dye-hard junkies like me~
