Juz wanna ask.. how many of you knows how are body is functioning.?

ex : do u know ur bp (blood pressure)
family illness.?
regular checkup.?
medication from doc.? do u know wat they are? or even their names.?

juz wanna know the conscious level of msian..

I did my full body checkup...blood and urine..and i'm high on:
bad cholestrol and uric acid.

So my remedy is:
1)go Vegetarian (gradually)
2)cut down on beans (uric acid)
3)drink more water
4)excersice (erm..working out my fingers on the keyboard counts?)
5)Have more sex (pls PM me if u wan to join in good to burn fat)
6)Masturbate - helps prevent prostate cancer (not sure true or not..no harm trying right? u try first then tell me )
7) Take in more health supplements (pharmaton/bio young/Gingko)

if i felt dizzy then just do bp test. regular checkup until i tak tahan already. medication is round the clock in my house because i married a doctor
