I m currently a fresh graduate looking forward to expand on the aspect of managing IT projects. Any project manager here willing to shed some lights on a 'starter' like myself? I'd like to know a clear ladder structure for such post as, I m particularly very interested to get some hand-on experience of handling IT projects. Also.. Agreed. It would be impossible to skip all the foundations needed to climb corporate ladder. I know the position of system analyst.. still I need the scope so I can focus onto. No harm enquiring and trying though.
