Hi,

I need a new headset for gaming. Semi closed or fully closed with mic. I use the (asus) motherboard built in sound card, nothing fancy. Do give your opinion if you think its work investing in one. Gonna get a new PC before CNY so can look into it then.

The look, lights, curves etc not important as I game in the dark, so I don't really look at it. Just be dark colour can de.
Looking for comfy sets for long gaming sessions. Good sound. Not flimsy as I kinda fumble in the dark sometimes with them. blush.gif My headphones only last like 3 years. Sigh. Also I do not have speakers, only headphones.

Budget up to RM 250, but preferably not over RM200.

Do help suggest.
If you know any shop in Subang/Kota Kemuning with comparable prices, also do give their info.

Thanks!

Actually, thats a good question. I was moved from computing to home entertainment.
Can a mod move me back? I'm looking for the gaming crowd, not the home entertainment crowd. (Not that you guys arnt nice ppl biggrin.gif)

TQ

Bro,

Maybe you can check out the corsair vengeance 1500. It is about RM250 to RM 290.

Worth your money & time. Comes with either 2 or 3 year warranty.

Definitely a good buy for gaming.

I'll avoid that if I were you. Bought it once and that thing lasted for less than a year before a wire snapped inside the headset. Left can ended up spoilt.

Overpriced junk.

Noted.
I generally dont approve of the price of razer products, but am thinking about their mechanical keyboard(or logitech's).
Coincidentally, my current (brand cannot see de) headphones also had the wire snap inside the headset after 3+ yrs of tossing it around. Got it for RM60+ IIRC.
